User Researcher, the new breed of ‘Market Researcher’ in this digital era. Think of the digital products that you use everyday like Facebook, Twitter or an e-commerce site, user research plays an important role in studying your behaviour and improve your experience in using the products.

While we value your commitment and willingness to learn, we also believe in rewarding hard work. Interns will receive a base monthly allowance of RM 1,000, with the potential to earn an additional RM 800 as a performance-based incentive. It's not just about gaining experience; it's also about recognizing your contributions and achievements.

Jobs scope
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research/analysis.
  • Qualitative research: user research, user testing, and focus group to uncover UX issues and understand user behaviour.
  • Quantitative research: market survey, digital analytic & business analysis to reveal quantitative insights.
  • Provide evidence-backed solutions for clients to improve business performance.
  • Co-design and formulate commercially effective design strategy to clients.
  • Facilitate training and workshop for clients or users.
  • Setup and manage end-to-end remote usability testing project.
  • Assist in project management.
  • Coordinate internal tester community activity and external testers for interview or testing session.
  • Vetting new user who sign up to be a user tester.
  • Support in business administrative operations.
  • Report directly to respective supervisor.
Must haves
  • Candidate must have the attitude of willing to learn because we are reinventing the conventional way of doing market research. Therefore, our team members are expected to learn new skills to execute a new project.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong command of Asian dialect is a bonus: Cantonese, Indonesian, etc.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Internship position(s) available from March onwards.
