Key Responsibilities

1. Admin Responsibilities

  • Perform general office admin duties
  • To ensure proper filling and records for all documentation, claims and all correspondences in a systematic manner.
  • To handle appointment/meeting/travel scheduling for management
  • To compile monthly claims for management
  • Handles recruitment interview scheduling with potential hires
  • Support day to day sales operations & customer inquiries
  • Responsible to pick up incoming calls
  • Responsible for staff’s hotel reservation, air ticket booking, taxi arrangement.
  • Responsible for usage control and reorder stock of office stationary/pantry items.
  • To ensure cleanliness of office area and to arrange and monitor cleaner for cleaning works.
  • Organizing the office layout, maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Others which will be assigned from time to time depending on your availability

  • Co-design and formulate commercially effective design strategy to clients

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business / Marketing / Design / Psychology / Social Science/ Communication Studies or equivalent.
  • Candidate must have the attitude of willing to learn because we are reinventing the conventional way of doing user experience testing and research. Therefore, our team members are expected to learn new skills to execute a new project.
  • 1-2 year experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong command of Asian dialect is a bonus: Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, etc.
  • Tech Savvy is preferred.

Computer/IT Functions

  • Setup and manage remote usability testing project
  • Improve and optimize websites and digital products
  • Operate analytics software for data collection and tracking user behaviour on website & mobile app and cross devices
  • Developing scripts to process traffic data and user data into meaningful insights
  • Developing automated reporting
  • Integrating and configuring tracking codes into client’s product and apps.
  • User support on any technology issues on our software


  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Tech Savvy preferred.
  • 3 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
